On June 6th, 2019, Swatara Township Police were dispatched to a non-reportable accident involving 3 vehicles. It was found that Sarah Battle was driving under the influence and side swiped two parked vehicles.

Charges:

On May 20, 2019, Harold Rodriguez-Torres stole a phone while at the Restaurant Depot. The victim tracked the phone to York County. Swatara officers contacted York County officers and they were able to find Rodriguez-Torres with the phone.
On 5/31/19, Swatara Township Police were dispatched to a single vehicle accident. It was found that the driver, 20 year old Suman Timsina was driving under the influence.

On 6/16/19, Shawnta Kent was stopped for traffic violations. It was determine that she was driving under the influence.

On 6/11/19, Alec Jackson was observed operating a Moped without a registration. During the traffic stop, it was also found that he was driving on a suspended license (DUI related).
