The defendant was arrested for DUI and Possession of Marijuana after being involved in an accident in Swatara Twp.
The defendant is accused of stealing a car from Blue Book Auto, 2451 Paxton Street, Harrisburg.
Swatara Officers were called to Long Park, 65th and Bedford Streets for a report of suspicious activity. Upon arrival the defendant was found to be intoxicated in public and in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges filed.
