The Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General released information today regarding a joint investigation between their office and Derry Township Police. The Lower Swatara Township Police Department assisted with the serving of search warrants and securing the scene. Three individuals have been charged with operating a complex criminal enterprise that targeted retailers in four central Pennsylvania counties, resulting in approximately $60,000 in losses. The trio allegedly stole from stores such as T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, and Home Goods, and then resold the merchandise online for profit. The investigation and arrests were a joint effort between the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, Derry Township Police Department, and Lower Swatara Township Police Department.
