On 10-10-19 at approximately 7:50am, Steelton Borough Police were dispatched to the first block of North Front Street for a report of a criminal mischief to a vehicle.  The victim stated that someone threw a brick through their car window after a confrontation over owed money.  Upon investigation, officers arrested Robert Albert for criminal mischief (intentionally damages).
