On 10-21-19 at approximately 6pm, Steelton Borough Police were dispatched to the 100 block of South 4th Street for a report of an unwanted person.  Upon identifying the unwanted person as Andre M Mosley, officers discovered he had an active warrant out of Cumberland County, and a search of his person yielded a small amount of marijuana.  He became uncooperative during the arrest and resisted being placed into the patrol vehicle.  Mosley was charged with resisting arrest, warrant service, and possession of marijuana/paraphernalia.
