On 12-5-19 at approximately 7:30am, Steelton Borough Police were alerted to a domestic incident on the 200 block of Bessemer Street. Upon investigation and speaking to the victim, officers arrested Tysean Sinkler for simple assault - domestic violence and driving under suspension.
