On 10-23-19, Steelton Borough Police initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Lincoln and Reading Streets.  Upon identifying the driver as Izjmere Stewart, officers found he had active warrants and was driving under suspension.  Stewart was taken to the booking center for processing.
