On 2-4-2020 at approximately 3:15pm, Steelton Borough Police were dispatched to the 100 block of North Front Street for a report of a physical domestic.  Officers spoke to the victim who stated that they were assaulted after an argument ensued.  After investigation, officers cited Savon Wiggins with harassment.
