On Wednesday 29 April 2020 at approximately 1651 hrs (4:51 pm), Steelton Police were dispatched to the 2600 Block of S 2^nd St for a reported stabbing with shots fired.  Upon arrival, officers located an adult male stabbing victim who had injuries to the mid-section of his torso.  He was transported to a local hospital where his is currently undergoing surgery and his status is unknown.  20 year old Bryce Ulrich was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault.  He is currently at the Dauphin County Booking Center awaiting arraignment.  Other parties were involved and pending the investigation, other arrest are expected to follow.
