On 2-18-2020 at approximately 5:00pm, Steelton Borough Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Frank S Brown Blvd (Adams St) for a reported theft. Officers spoke to the complainant who stated that they dropped money then observed an individual pick it up and walk away without returning the cash when prompted. The complainant described the suspect as a 20-something black male with a mustache and beard wearing a black hood and black pants.
