On 6-22-2020 at approximately 1:15pm, Steelton Borough Police received a report of a stolen cell phone from a vehicle in the 1st of block of North 4th Street. Officers spoke to the complainant who stated that they left their vehicle unlocked with a window down overnight and during that time, someone stole their grey Samsung Galaxy S3.
