On 9-29-19 at approximately 3:40am, the Steelton Police Department initiated a traffic stop on the 600 block of North Front Street.  When approaching the driver, Kelsey Ulrich, and passenger, Robert Fowler, officers smelled an odor of marijuana in the vehicle and visibly observed a metal grinder in the driver's bag.  After receiving consent from the driver to search the vehicle, officers found multiple bags of suspected marijuana, methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, LSD tablets, and a powdery mixture of heroin and crystal meth.  Both are charged with constructive Possession with Intent of the said drugs found.
