The Steelton Police Department is investigating a incident that occurred on 10-26-15 at approximately 6:25 P.M..  Witnesses report a black Cadillac Deville did crash into a parked car in the 100 block of Conestoga Street. At this time it was reported the driver and front seat passenger began to shoot at each other with firearms. The passenger fled the scene on foot and the driver fled with the Cadillac. The Steelton Police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective William Shaub.
