On 9/2/2025, U.S. Marshals apprehended Carlos Cruz in the 1100 block of North 4th Street in Harrisburg for an incident that occurred in Steelton on 7/1/2025. Mr. Cruz was charged with the following: accidents involving death or personal injury, homicide by vehicle, duties at stop signs, driving without a license, duty to give information & render aid, driving a vehicle at safe speed, and registration & certificate of title required. Mr. Cruz was arraigned and is currently lodged at Dauphin County Prison with his bail set at $1.5 million.
