The Steelton Borough Police would like to alert all residents of a phone scam that our Department has been receiving reports of.  The scam involves the victim receiving a phone call coming from the Steelton Borough Police Department's phone number, 717-939-9841, stating that a warrant is issued for them and requesting money.  Please be advised that this is NOT a legitimate phone call.  We are urging you to NOT provide any information over the phone and hang up immediately.  Please contact the Steelton Borough Police Department at 717-939-9841 if you have received one of these calls.
