Steelton Borough Police are searching for the parent(s)/guardian of a child found near the 300 block of Lincoln Street. The child appears to be approximately 3-to-5 years old, is a White/Hispanic male, and was wearing blue sweatpants and a blue shirt that reads "Folly Beach, SC".
