The Application Deadline for the 2015 Dauphin County Chiefs of Police Consortium has now passed. For those of you who missed the deadline, we encourage you to look for information for the next consortium to be held in 2016.

For those who have submitted their application prior to the June 26th Deadline, you will be notified by U.S. Mail through the PA Chiefs of Police Association, within the next 3 weeks of your pre-scheduled date and time for the Physical Fitness Test.

As a reminder Applicants should bring the following to the Physical Fitness Test:

Photo ID
Water
Completed Physicians Statement Form (without this Form you are ineligible to test)
Completed Informed Consent Form
Wear comfortable sneakers and cool loose clothing

Applicants passing the Physical Fitness Test will be notified immediately of their entrance into the Written Exam which will be administered on the morning of Saturday, August 15, 2015.

Study Guides for the written exam will be continue to be available for purchase for an additional fee of $5.00, payable via Cash, Check or Money Order, at the Swatara Township Police Department during regular business hours. Study guides may also be purchased during the Physical Fitness test. All purchases must be made in person as they will not be mailed to consortium participants.

New this year, applicants are able to purchase an Online Practice Test for a cost of $15 to help prepare for the written exam. Please see the link below to purchase this Practice Exam.
