On 5/30/2021 at approximately 0400 hours, Highspire Police were called to investigate an assault at 300 block of Market St Highspire.  Police responded and found two people from the same household having an argument. During the investigation it was determined that Jason Baker of Highspire would be charged with 1 ct Simple Assault and 1 ct Strangulation for an incident that occurred this evening.  Baker was taken into custody and transported to the Dauphin County Booking Center for arraignment at Night Court. Baker will face a preliminary hearing before District Justice Lenker 12-2-02 in the near future.
