NEW ORDINACE ENACTED ON PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR LARGE VEHICLES AND COMMERCIAL TRUCK TRACTORS AND/OR TRAILERS IN HIGHSPIRE BOROUGH

Highspire Borough bans all vehicles with a width greater than 8 feet (96 inches) or having a registered gross weight in excess of eleven thousand (11,000) pounds, from parking on any street or residential area within the Borough. Motorized or non-motorized commercial vehicles may not park or be left standing upon any street or alley within the Borough of Highspire at any time.

Large vehicles and Commercial vehicles are generally allowed to park in residential areas only if the driver or any passengers are loading or unloading at a business, or if the vehicle is part of a call for service.
