On 10/17/20 at approximately 1730 hours, Highspire Police were called to the 500 block of Second Street for a report of suspicious activity, the caller thought someone was attempting to break into her residence. The suspect left in a vehicle prior to police arrival however with the assistance of surrounding police departments the suspect vehicle was quickly located and an arrest was made for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct on the male ID as Fabricio Berrun. Berrun will face a preliminary hearing at District Justice Lenker's Office 12-2-02
