On Sunday 04/18/21 at approximately 0200 hours, Steelton Police were called by neighbors for a loud disturbance coming from a white SUV vehicle parked in area of S 4th St / Walnut St. Steelton Police were tied up with another incident and requested assistance from Highspire Police Department under the Municipal Jurisdiction Assistance Act.  Highspire Police responded to the area and found a White SUV as reported with the vehicle horn activated. Police discovered the driver was asleep on the steering wheel of the vehicle. Police were able to awake the driver and discovered she was intoxicated beyond normal limits. Police did arrest the driver ID as Chanika L Brown for Public Intoxication. A citation was filed with MDJ Lenker 12-2-02
