Michael Leon Bucher, 50-year-old, was arrested on Thursday, July 2, 2020, for Possession of small amount of marijuana and Possession of drug paraphernalia. Highspire Borough Police, responded to the 300 Block of Market Street, where it was reported that there were suspicious people inside a parked vehicle in the vicinity. Additional information received was that marijuana and a smoking pipe, commonly used to smoke marijuana, were seen laying on the center console of the vehicle. Police located the vehicle and made contact with Bucher, After conducting an investigation, Police determined that Bucher was in violation of Act 64, Pennsylvania Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act.
