On 08/31/22 at approximately 0730 hours, Highspire Police were assisting another Police agency with a warrant service in an Apt Complex on Willow St, Highspire.  During the assist, Shawn Cannon was arrested on an outstanding warrant and when he was searched an item was located on his person that is commonly used to ingest drugs.  As a result, and in addition to the warrant, Cannon will be arrested via summons for 1 Ct Drug Paraphernalia .  A hearing will be held with MDJ Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02.
