On December 2nd, 2021 at approximately 0100 hours, Highspire Police were on routine patrol of Memorial Park and came across a parked vehicle in front of the posted sign that reads:  "Park is Closed from Dusk to Dawn". Upon further investigation by police, it was discovered that a male and female were in the back seat of this vehicle in a compromised state of dress. Due to the incident taking place in a public park both the male and female will be summoned for Disorderly Conduct. The citation was filed with District Justice 12-2-02 Kenneth Lenker's Office.
