Devin John Deyorio, 32-year-old, was arrested on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, for Simple Assault, Act 10 - Domestic violence, Terroristic threats, and Child endangerment. Highspire Borough Police responded to a home in the 400 Block of Second Street, where it was reported that Deyorio, physically assaulted two family members and threatened to do bodily harm to his children.
