On 9/28/21 at approximately 2230 hours, Highspire Police were called to an incident involving Domestic Violence in Highspire.  As a result of that investigation that ensued, Highspire Police did arrest Tony C Dozier Sr for Strangulation, Endangering the Welfare of Child and Simple Assault. Dozier will face a hearing before District Justice Lenker 12-2-02.
