Alem Gezahe Fitiwe, 57-year-old, was arrested on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness. Highspire Borough Police, responded to the 1st Block of Second Street, where it was reported by a Capital Area Transit bus driver, that Fitiwe became unruly while a passenger on the bus. After getting off the bus, Fitiwe urinated on the bus' door and step. Police determined that Fitiwe was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
