On 10/2/2022 Highspire Police were called to the area of Second / Race St for a report of a male unable to walk due to a traumatic injury. Police arrived on scene and identified the male as David Fludovich. Fludovich was heavily intoxicated and had to be carried to an ambulance. A citation was filed and a future hearing will be held at MDJ Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02.
