On 7/11/22 at approximately 0200 hours, Highspire Police were called to an address by a citizen who reported being assaulted.  The suspect attempted to flee the scene however Highspire PD requested the assistance of Middletown Police who aided in this incident by locating the suspect, Tyler Gentry of Middletown. Gentry was arrested for Domestic Violence Strangulation, Simple Assault and Theft as he reportedly took the victims phone in an attempt to prevent the victim from calling 9 1 1.  Gentry was arraigned at DC Night Court and will eventually have a hearing on the charges at MDJ Kenneth Lenker Office.
