On 11/11/20 at approximately 415 pm, Highspire police received a complaint from a gas station on Second Street in Highspire in reference to a vehicle that filled up with gas then drove off with out paying. Highspire Police reviewed gas station video footage and with some police follow up investigation, were able to eventually ID the driver as Rudolph L Golob. Golob will be cited for Driving while Suspended and Retail Theft as a result. Charges were filed with District Justice Lenker 12-2-02
