On 10-2-22 Highspire Police were called to a family disturbance in the area of 400 block of WIllow St, Highspire.  Police arrived to discover a victim who reports she was unwantingly strangled. As a result, Police did arrest William Gunter for 1 count Strangulation. Gunter was taken from residence to be arraigned before the night judge. Gunter will face a future hearing before MDJ Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02
