On 10/17/20 at approximately 2035 hours, Highspire Police were on routine patrol when a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed was observed illegally passing vehicles on Second Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the male driver was found to be in possession of small amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. The male was ID as Brandon Holden who was charged with Traffic Violations, Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication. Holden will face a preliminary hearing at District Justice Lenker's Office 12-2-02
