On 10/25/22 at approximately 1100 am, Highspire Police were called to an apartment building on Ann St in Highspire for a report of an assault taking place. Police completed an investigation and did charge Ruma Johnson with Simple Assault; Strangulation; Terroristic Threats; Harassment. Johnson will face a hearing before MDJ Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02
