On 7/18/22 Highspire Police arrested Forrest Kenley from an incident that took place back in June 2022.  During this incident it was discovered that a gun was fired in the middle of the night which caused damage to a home and Kenley was eventually held responsible. The firearms in this incident were seized and being held by law enforcement and police believe this is an isolated incident. As a result of a lengthy investigation, Kenley will be charged with Recklessly Endangering a Person as well as Discharging of a Firearm into a Structure.  A hearing will be held before MDJ Kenneth Lenker Office 12-2-02
