On Wednesday 2/10/21 at approximately 1940 hours, Highspire Police were called to an Apartment on Ann Street for a report of a suspicious male who was knocking on doors and was not known as a resident of the building. When police arrived Kenneth King of Harrisburg was discovered in the 2nd fl hallway and had an open can of 24oz Steel Reserve. This is in violation of Borough Ordinance and a citation was filed at DJ Lenker's Office 12-2-02
