On 3/21/22 at approximately 2300 hours, the Highspire Police were contacted by a person in the 100 block of Second St who reported an ex paramour arrived at his house and was actively breaking the windows at his apartment building, this person was ID as Kristie Marshall.  Marshall encouraged her teenage children to assist her in breaking the windows and all persons tried to enter the residence unwanted by the victim. Marshall was arrested on the following charges : Trespassing, Corruption of Minors, Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct. Charges were filed with District Justice Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02.
