On 12/18/21 Highspire Police were called to 500 block of Willow St for a report of Domestic Violence.  Police arrived as suspect Quindell Mitchell was fleeing the scene in a stolen vehicle.  Multiple police agencies gave pursuit to Mitchell due to Domestic Violence incident in that he assaulted a woman with a gun. Ultimately Mitchell crashed out in Harrisburg and then fled on foot.  Highspire Police did issue a warrant for the arrest of Quindell Mitchell  AKA  POO of Steelton. Charges include Former Felon not to Possess Weapon, Carrying FIrearm with out a License, Burglary, Assault, Theft of Vehicle and more
