On December 28th, 2022 at approximately 1630 hours, Highspire Police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations and detected use of a controlled substance. A brief investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Christopher Moran for Possession of Marijuana and Traffic Offenses. A hearing will be held at MDJ Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02
