Mark Raymond Nissley, 41-year-old, was arrested on Friday, August 14, 2020, on drug related charges. During a month-long investigation and undercover purchases, the Dauphin County Drug Task Force and the Highspire Borough Police, obtained a search warrant. During a search of Nissley’s home, Officers and Agents seized heroin and methamphetamine packaged for sale. Nissley is currently being held in the Dauphin County Prison awaiting a preliminary hearing at MDJ 12-2-02.
