Asia Marie Obembe, was arrested on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, for Driving under the influence, and two other traffic offenses. Police responded to 80 Second Street, for a report of a vehicle striking curbs and traffic signs, according to a witness prior to the vehicle pulling into the parking lot at said address. The driver identified as Obembe, attempted to leave the scene, but was blocked from leaving the property by a witness. When officers arrived on scene, it was apparent that Obembe was under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
