On November 25, 2022 Highspire Police were called to 200 block of Second St for a report of a fight involving 7 to 8 persons.  An investigation ensued. The information police received did lead to the arrest of Evony Otero who during the incident reportedly brandished a firearm during this fight pointing the gun at several people. Otero will have a hearing at MDJ Kenneth Lenker Office 12-2-02
