Jessica Nicole Perez, was arrested on Thursday, April 30,2020, for Disorderly conduct. Police responded to an apartment complex in the 600 Block of Willow Street for a disturbance. It was reported that two individuals were engaged in a fight due to the smell of marijuana in hallway. Officer arrived and made contact with parties involved in the altercation. Perez admitted being involved in a physical fight with her neighbor and was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
