On 12/01/20 at approximately 0015 hours, just after midnight, Highspire Police observed a vehicle driving with an equipment violation. The driver was stopped and ID as Ebony Peterkin. During the traffic stop, the Highspire Police officer detected marijuana emanating from the vehicle and during the investigation a small bag of marijuana was recovered. Peterkin will be summoned through District Justice Lenker 12-2-02
