On Friday 4/3/21 at approximately 0213 hours, Highspire Police observed a vehicle driving and swerving along the roadway. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as Rebecca L Rager. Rager displayed signs of impairment related to alcohol or controlled substances.  Highspire Police did conducted a roadside investigation with field sobriety testing that the driver failed. Rager was taken into custody and transported to Dauphin County Booking Center for BAC testing. Charges will be filed through District Justice Lenker 12-2-02 as soon as BAC results come back from the lab.
