ROAD RAGE : On August 31, 2021 at approximately 0650 hours a road rage incident occurred in Highspire at the intersection of Second St and Eisenhower Blvd. Two vehicles met at this intersection coming from opposing directions and both were turning onto Eisenhower Blvd. According to the witness the vehicles narrowly missed a collision. It was reported to police that the lead vehicle, a Nissan, became upset and was flailing his hands in anger, then withdrew a gun, holding the gun out the window of his vehicle. NO ONE WAS INJURED, NO SHOTS WERE FIRED. The Highspire Police investigated the incident and within a few hours were able to identify the driver of the Nissan as Carlos Antonio Rosado. Police did recover a gun from Rosado.  As a result of this incident, a charge of Disorderly Conduct was filed against Rosado. A hearing will be held at District Justice Lenker 12-2-02
