Scott Anthony Rozinski, was arrested on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Police received a report of an unresponsive individual in the driver’s seat of a vehicle standing idle at the intersection of Second Street and Eisenhower Blvd. Upon their arrival, they found Rozinski passed out in the driver's seat of a vehicle. He was consequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and Driving on a suspended driver's license.
