On 06/12/22 at approximately 0228 hours, Highspire stopped a vehicle for traffic violations.  After a brief interview it was determined that the driver, Xavier Santiago-Ortiz was driving while intoxicated.  He was arrested and taken to Dauphin Count Booking for BAC investigation.  The driver will be charged via summons thru MDJ Kenneth Lenker.
