Phuen Sary, 70-year-old, was arrested on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 for Harassment. On Monday, May 25, 2020, police responded to a home in the 100 Block of Penn Street for a report of an assault.  Upon arrival, it was reported that a fight broke out between two unrelated individuals after an argument. Both were arrested as a result.
