August Amber Schmuck, 36-year-old, was arrested on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, for Possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. Highspire Borough Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle standing idle in the travel lane at the 500 Block of Cherry Ave. Upon arrival, the vehicle was located, parked in the 500 Block of Willow Street, where they found Schmuck and anther occupant passed out inside the vehicle. A clutch purse belonging to Schmuck, was found inside the vehicle and contained a clear plastic bag with white powdery substance inside it.
