On 5/23/22 at approximately 0310 hours, Highspire Police were called for a report of a black female hailing down traffic begging for money.  The reporting person was a Lower Swatara Township Police Officer who was just on routine patrol when he reported the female walked out into traffic to force the Police Unit to stop.  Once stopped, the woman asked for $2 cash from the uniformed officer. The officer declined giving cash because it is believed the money is needed for illicit drug purchases. The woman was ID as Sabrina Seawright of Highspire.
